Online Booking Credits

For centres which require booking credits, you'll be charged a booking fee to secure your booking which can be claimed against your photo order. 100% of the booking credit can be redeemed at the point of purchase. All you need to do is show the QR code that was sent to your email address. If you own an iphone you can also make use of apple Wallet to view your bookings or use it at the entrance and the exit.
Please note, these booking credits are non-refundable and for participating centres only. Please select carefully.

Booking Timeslot (duration)

Your booking session time is an estimate of your entire visit, from checking in to purchasing not just the time spent with Santa. Session times are flexible if we are not fully booked, but on the days we are booked, please respect our Elves and their instructions as we are operating under Covid-19 restrictions & the shoppping centre's heath and safety requirements. We thank you for your understanding and co-operation in keeping NZ safe this Christmas.

Covid-19 Timeslot changes due to illness or isolation

Due to on going Covid restricitons we cannot fully gaurantee your booking with Santa.
If for any reason, if Santa cannot meet you at the time slot you have booked, we will contact you for an option of rescheduling or to meet another magical creature who's here to help Santa. Thank you for your ongoing support to keep our Santa safe this Christmas!

Late or No show?

If you are unable to make your booking for any reason, we understand. You can make adjustments to your booking only if you login or create an account with us at the time of the booking or time of modification. If not, simply turn up at at another time convenient for you and you can still claim your booking credits. However please note you will not be able to skip the queue (if there is one) as you would have missed your booking time.
Booking credits must be claimed by 24/12/2021 as these will expire on 25/12/2021
